Aceday terms of use
Short, because the point is to be understood. Last updated October 22, 2026.
- Who. Aceday is for students 13 and older. By using it you confirm you are 13 or older, or that a parent has agreed.
- What it is. A planner for school, the gym and eating, with an AI coach. It is information and planning help, not medical, nutrition, legal or academic advice. Your doctor, your parents and your teachers come first.
- Your work is yours. Homework is handed in on Blackbaud's own page, by you. The AI explains, quizzes and plans time; it does not write answers, and you agree not to use it to cheat.
- Health. The gym plan follows pediatric guidance for teens. Stop if anything hurts, and check with a doctor before training if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, seizures or an injury. The Grow page is general information with sources, not a diagnosis.
- Your data. The privacy policy (the privacy policy) says what Aceday keeps and where. You can delete all of it from Settings at any time.
- Accounts. Sign-in is by email and a one-time code. Keep your email to yourself. We can close an account that abuses the service.
- Cost. The app may offer a paid plan through the App Store. Prices and what they include are shown there. Apple handles the payment and the refund rules.
- No promises. Aceday is provided as is. Calendars change, places close, numbers from nutrition pages can be off. We fix what we can and are not liable for decisions made from the app's information.
- Changes. If these terms change, the date at the top changes.
